Aerial fitness involves performing movements and poses while suspended using equipment like fabric, poles, or hoops. It combines strength, flexibility, and balance for a fun, challenging workout. There are two types: aerial acrobatics, focused on tricks and stunts, and aerial arts, which emphasizes graceful transitions and combos.

Samasta specializes in beginner-friendly aerial arts, where strength and flexibility are built from the ground up, making it accessible to all ages and backgrounds.

Aerial Sling

A looped fabric hung from a single point, used for acrobatic exercises that combine strength, flexibility, and balance. Less painful than hoop or flying pole, it's popular for both fitness and creative expression.

Aerial Hoop

A metal circle suspended in the air for acrobatic movements and poses. It blends strength, flexibility, and grace, offering a dynamic and artistic workout while suspended above the ground.

Flying Pole

Combines traditional pole dancing with aerial acrobatics. A suspended pole allows for spins, climbs, and poses both on and off the ground. It requires strength, flexibility, and coordination.
