Samasta Aerial Studio

What is Aerial Fitness?
Aerial fitness involves performing movements and poses while suspended using equipment like fabric, poles, or hoops. It combines strength, flexibility, and balance for a fun, challenging workout. There are two types: aerial acrobatics, focused on tricks and stunts, and aerial arts, which emphasizes graceful transitions and combos.
Samasta specializes in beginner-friendly aerial arts, where strength and flexibility are built from the ground up, making it accessible to all ages and backgrounds.
Benefits of Aerial Fitness:
• Builds Strength: Develops core, arm, and leg muscles.
• Improves Flexibility: Increases flexibility and range of motion.
• Enhances Balance: Challenges balance, improving coordination and stability.
• Boosts Confidence: Achieving new moves boosts self-confidence.
• Relieves Stress: Unique movements reduce stress and promote relaxation.
• Increases Body Awareness: Improves control and awareness of body movement.

What they say about us?
"After joining aerial hammock classes at Samasta regularly, my back pain is significantly reduced and my body always feels lighter after the class. Aside from the deep stretches and flowy warm ups, the peak poses are always a great challenge to explore what else my body can do."
Fany
"Ever since starting my aerial journey at Samasta, I fell in love with my own body more and more as I am constantly amazed at what it can accomplish each time I come to class. Aerial practice is beautiful not only in the result videos, but in the journey and process of growth and learning."
Jessica
"I am so grateful to Samasta for introducing me to aerial arts. I have always hated exercising and always feels that yoga or pilates is too boring. Aerial is a super fun and challenging way to not only workout, but also grow and challenge our mental and physical capabilities through the journey and process of learning a flow or getting to some tricks."
